Book-keeping and Payroll Service
Johnstown Business Centre are now offering a Book-keeping and Payroll service.
Payroll Service
- Weather you have one or fifty employee’s, we will update your weekly/monthly payroll and email payslips directly to your staff and send a copy to you.
- We will also send you a list to make Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) or cheque payments to your staff.
- We will also submit your P30 and P35 returns to the Revenue Commissioners via Ros.ie
Book-Keeping Service
- We will record all your Sales and Purchases invoices.
- We will record all your Cash Receipts and Cheque Payments.
- We will carry out Bank Reconciliations on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (as required).
- We will issue a debtors and creditors listing on a weekly/monthly basis (as required)
- We will submit your VAT returns to the Revenue Commissioners via Ros.ie
- We can issue and post/email your Sales Invoices on your behalf.
Most new business start-ups do not have the time (or desire) to handle the accounting side of the business and do not have the volume to hire a book-keeper on a regular basis. Why not outsource the job and leave the headaches to J.B.C. for a fixed fee.
